Looking for a great way to develop leadership skills, earn money, and stay involved in baseball and softball? Join the NBSA Umpire Team! NBSA umpires are trained, supported, and trusted to uphold the integrity of the game. We serve players ages 7–18 at both house and travel levels, and assignments are based on your experience and skill level.

💰 Get Paid

$35–$70 per game

🎓 Training & Support

New umpires are paired with experienced mentors
On-site supervisors provide support during games
All umpire equipment provided
Umpires must purchase their own gray pants

📋 Requirements

Must be 14 years old by the start of the season

🚨 MANDATORY CLINIC DATES
New umpires MUST attend BOTH dates to work this season.
